Join ISS as a Project Lead on a 12 Month FTC and take the lead in delivering our global ONEISS Transition Process Model (TPM) across key UK&I contracts. This is a hands-on role at the centre of transformation, supporting high-performance mobilisation and service excellence.
You will work as part of the PMO, applying a consistent governance framework and project methodology. From day one, you will drive operationalisation, ensuring critical deliverables are met and project risks effectively managed.
This role is ideal for a confident and organised project professional with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills—ready to take ownership and drive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead rollout of contract transitions and associated workstreams
- Own and manage RAID logs and detailed project plans
- Chair meetings and influence key decisions across internal and client teams
- Apply TPM best practices across all phases of delivery
- Coordinate stakeholders, manage dependencies, and escalate risks proactively
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and resource planning
- Ensure contractual obligations are captured and translated into delivery plans
- Provide structure, insight, and direction to support successful transformation
- Proven PMO experience in FM project management
- Demonstrable new contract mobilisation experience within FM
- Demonstrable understanding of commercial contracts
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong data analysis, report design and presentation skills
- Degree-qualified or certified in Prince2/PMP (or similar)
- Skilled in MS Project, Monday.com, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Able to lead in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments
- Ability to obtain BPSS Security Clearance
