We’re looking for a Junior Project Manager (PMO) to play a key role in delivering and embedding our Transition Process Model (TPM) across UK&I contracts. If you love structure, thrive in complex environments and know how to turn transformation concepts into reality, this is your opportunity to make a big impact.
As a core part of our Transition Team, you’ll ensure that every programme, project and workstream lands successfully, on time and to a consistently high standard. You’ll bring clarity, governance and momentum to change initiatives, while keeping our people engaged and informed.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Owning and managing TPM governance processes, tools and systems.
- Leading programmes, projects or workstreams within wider business change initiatives.
- Partnering with account PMO teams to ensure strong governance and consistent use of the ISS Project Management Framework.
- Supporting best practice, knowledge sharing and smarter ways of working.
- Producing accurate, contract-aligned project plans that set teams up for success.
- Driving day-to-day project delivery activities against milestones and timelines.
- Managing changes, interventions and risks to keep projects on track.
- Maintaining excellent stakeholder engagement and communication throughout.
- Stepping in as deputy for the Manager or Senior PMO when needed.
We’re seeking a proactive, organised and relationship-driven project professional who can keep multiple plates spinning without losing sight of the detail. You’ll have:
- Project Coordinator / Project Manager (PMO) experience (gained in FM).
- Strong data analysis, reporting and presentation skills.
- Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Monday.com, etc.).
- A relevant degree or professional qualification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence working autonomously and taking initiative.
- High proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- The ability to build trust and credibility with a wide range of stakeholders.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for learning and improving.
- Fluency in English (any additional languages a plus).
- Experience working in diverse, multicultural environments.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to obtain SC Security Clearance.
