Are you commercially minded with a passion for driving performance through insight and analysis? We are looking for a skilled Finance Business Partner to support our contracts with Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trusts, playing a key role in maximising value, improving efficiency, and supporting strategic decision‐making across these high‐profile partnerships.
The Role
In this influential position, you will act as a trusted advisor to both ISS and our NHS clients — delivering clear financial insight, driving performance, and ensuring robust commercial governance. You will take ownership of reporting, forecasting, and budgeting while working closely with operational leaders to influence results and identify opportunities for growth.
While experience in healthcare is beneficial, it is not essential — we are looking for a strong commercial finance professional who can bring clarity, challenge, and strategic thinking to complex contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with operational and client teams to deliver strong financial and commercial performance across the Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust contracts.
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and insight.
- Provide financial challenge and support to drive efficiency, mitigate risks, and identify opportunities.
- Oversee contract compliance, change control, and financial governance.
- Collaborate with Procurement and account teams to align supplier agreements and commercial terms.
About You
- Qualified (CA, CIMA, ACCA) with experience in commercial finance.
- Strong communicator who builds trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Analytical, proactive, and confident in influencing decisions at all levels.
- Highly proficient in Excel and financial systems, with strong attention to detail.
- Experience in service‐led or contract environments desirable — healthcare exposure a bonus, not a must.
