Are you an experienced Chef Manager with a passion for culinary excellence and strategic growth? We are seeking a Chef Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our catering operation, ensuring both growth and profitability.
In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and controlling meal production, ensuring it aligns with budgetary guidelines and complies with client, company, and statutory regulations. Your strategic planning and culinary expertise will be essential in delivering high-quality meals and enhancing the dining experience for our clients. This position requires a proactive approach, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities- Actively seek new business
- Ensure the production of food to the highest quality and service standards using current trends in cooking techniques and new commodities
- Develop and progress the business in line with high street trends
- Plan, coordinate and order all food requirements
- Adhere to standard recipes and production planning in line with client numbers
- Actively build good client relationships
- Ensure the prompt service of meals and services at required times to the company's standard and to the satisfaction of the clients
- Ensure that the meals and services comply with the agreed budgetary standard and cost
- Experience in hospitality food production
- Level 3 food safety
