Job Description

REWARD ANALYST

Weybridge (KT13 0SL) | 37.5 Hours Per Week | Permanent

We’re looking for a Reward Analyst to join our growing Reward team at ISS UK & Ireland — a key role supporting data-led decision-making and shaping fair, competitive compensation practices across the business.

Working as part of a small and collaborative team, you’ll partner with stakeholders across functions, take ownership of high-impact projects and help mature our approach to total reward.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver benchmarking and market analysis to support competitive compensation
  • Analyse salary, bonus, and benefits data to inform decisions and reporting
  • Support annual review processes and ensure accurate reward data across systems
  • Contribute to reward frameworks, grading, and job architecture design
  • Prepare reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and HR systems
  • Monitor compliance with pay regulations, including EU Pay Transparency
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for reward queries and insights

About You:

  • Demonstrable experience in reward, compensation or data-focused HR roles
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and HRIS tools
  • Excellent data analysis skills and data modelling skills
  • Advanced Excel user (essential). Power BI proficiency (desirable)
  • Ability to work with large datasets and provide meaningful insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable in handling highly confidential information without prejudice.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to meet changing business and work demands.
  • Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage competing priorities
  • Clear communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
