We are seeking an experienced HSEQ Advisor to support the mobilisation and transformation of a new Government contract, ensuring all health, safety, environmental, and quality standards are fully embedded prior to the go-live date in May 2026. This is a critical role that will help shape safe systems of work and robust risk management practices across operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the mobilisation and transformation of a new contract, ensuring all HSEQ requirements and milestones are achieved.
- Provide practical, proactive HSEQ guidance to operational teams for safe and compliant working practices.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to align HSEQ processes with their expectations while maintaining internal standards.
- Implement and embed HSEQ plans, identifying key risk areas and ensuring full compliance across operations.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve safety systems to strengthen resilience and reduce incidents.
- Partner with HSEQ and transition teams to support mobilisation success and operational readiness.
- Monitor and report on HSEQ performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote and embed a safety-first culture across all levels of the organisation.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence required (travel to London sites).
- Experience in the mobilisation of new contracts is beneficial.
- Previous HSEQ experience with a strong understanding of health, safety, environmental, and quality management systems.
- Knowledge of ISO standards: 9001, 14001, and 45001.
- Proven ability to identify, assess, and manage operational risks effectively.
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates a commitment to embedding a safety-first culture.
