ISS is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Workplace to lead the delivery of integrated facility management services across a prestigious banking client’s portfolio. This pivotal role combines hands-on operational leadership with strategic oversight, offering a unique opportunity to shape and enhance the modern workplace experience within a complex, high-profile financial environment.
As the primary point of contact for all workplace and facility matters, you will oversee both Hard and Soft FM services across multiple high-end office locations. Your role will be key in driving service excellence, expanding service offerings, and leading mobilisation activities with local partners throughout the EMEA region.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading the operational management of multi-site FM services, ensuring high standards and consistent delivery
- Developing and presenting service rollout proposals to senior client stakeholders and securing buy-in
- Driving mobilisation and expansion of services in collaboration with local partners and cross-functional teams
- Designing and implementing audit frameworks to monitor service compliance and quality
- Conducting regular site visits to assess performance against SLAs and KPIs and leading continuous improvement initiatives
- Preparing and delivering detailed monthly reporting packs for client review
- Building strong relationships with clients, landlords, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless service coordination
About You
- Proven track record in managing complex FM operations across multiple sites, preferably within corporate or financial services sectors
- Experience of managing multiple sites across the UK or preferably EMEA
- Comfortable with regular EMEA travel (2 weeks out of every 4)
- Experience of leading on bids/proposals
- Experience leading managers and frontline teams with a strong focus on service excellence and stakeholder engagement
- Skilled in budgeting, financial reporting, SLA/KPI monitoring, and performance management
- Resilient, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills, with strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel
- Customer-focused approach, able to balance operational demands with client expectations
