Happy to consider applicants either on an FTC basis or Day Rate Contractors PAYE. Mon to Fri Home based with national travel FTC until Autumn 2025 with potential of going Perm.
Here at ISS, as a leading Facilities Management (FM) provider, we are looking to develop our Asset & Data management capacity aligned against a sector account due to give live later in the year. Your work around obtaining Asset Data and its effective management will play a key role in the successful running of the account within M&E UK wide Delivery.
Working with a number of stakeholders on the Account & Mobilisation team plus the end client, you will be the driving force in the development of the implementation of the end-to-end asset management solution for the Account, ensuring consistent and quality outcomes in respect of asset data collection/management, alignment to CAFM systems, and client-focused outputs (compliance, asset registers, PPM planners), adopting the principles of ISO55001 development of all aspects of our asset management solution end-to-end.
Actions will include:
- Ensure our asset management protocols and systems are fit for purpose and deliver consistent, predictable outcomes.
- Act as a central Asset Management SME for the contract.
- Act as the central point of contact for developing the relationship with strategic service providers (i.e. asset data collection specialists).
- Lead the implementation of our asset management solution end-to-end in contract mobilisations, coordinating activities and taking ownership of the programme of works.
- Work to the principles of ISO 55001 and support the future expansion of our existing accreditation.
- Training and mentoring of our asset management community, ensuring consistent application of our central processes and methodologies.
