As Reception Team Leader, you will take ownership of delivering a premium client-facing service, overseeing front of house and switchboard operations for a high-profile banking client. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the front of house team, ensuring exceptional visitor experience
  • Handle team recruitment, induction, training, and ongoing performance management
  • Oversee room bookings and ensure all are processed efficiently and accurately

  • Review and implement best practice procedures to enhance service delivery

  • Manage FOH rota and plan adequate staffing cover based on business needs
