As Reception Team Leader, you will take ownership of delivering a premium client-facing service, overseeing front of house and switchboard operations for a high-profile banking client. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a professional team in a prestigious environment, where exceptional customer service is the standard and every detail matters.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for visitors and clients alike, anticipating their needs and aligning service delivery with the cultural identity of the bank. As a visible leader, you will inspire your team to consistently exceed expectations, while also bringing forward innovative ideas to enhance the customer journey. Acting as a key ambassador for ISS, the facilities team, and our client, you’ll play a crucial role in elevating the workplace experience and representing the very best of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the front of house team, ensuring exceptional visitor experience
  • Handle team recruitment, induction, training, and ongoing performance management
  • Oversee room bookings and ensure all are processed efficiently and accurately
  • Act as a point of escalation for client and visitor queries or complaints
  • Review and implement best practice procedures to enhance service delivery
  • Ensure team meets high customer service standards and professional expectations
  • Manage FOH rota and plan adequate staffing cover based on business needs
