Key Responsibilities- Oversee integrated facility operations, ensuring compliance with SLAs
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders

- Demonstrable experience of working as a Facilities Manager
- Experience in both Hard & Soft FM (but preferably with a leaning more towards Hard FM)
- Strong technical knowledge of infrastructure and asset management
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Health & safety expertise and contractor management experience
- Good MS Office skills
- Able to attain BPSS Clearance
