The Facilities Manager will oversee operations at a high-security city centre site, leading a team of security guards, receptionists and catering staff. This role requires a strong leader who can drive service excellence and foster collaboration.

This is an opportunity to make a real impact by enhancing customer service and overseeing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and small works. The role involves close collaboration with the client and other agencies to ensure high service standards.

Security is a key focus, with responsibilities including site tours, inductions, and escorting procedures. The Facilities Manager will implement a Total Facilities Management (TFM) approach, particularly in Hard FM, supporting upcoming technical projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee integrated facility operations, ensuring compliance with SLAs
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders

  • Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently
Professional and Personal Competencies
  • Demonstrable experience of working as a Facilities Manager
  • Experience in both Hard & Soft FM (but preferably with a leaning more towards Hard FM)
  • Strong technical knowledge of infrastructure and asset management
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Health & safety expertise and contractor management experience
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Able to attain BPSS Clearance
