Here at ISS, as a leading Facilities Management (FM) provider, we are looking to recruit a Programme Lead to join one of our largest accounts - a Government Maintenance contract where we provide full Facilities Management services.
A key element to our service delivery is a robust Data Management team who collect and manage data relating to the client's estate by our subcontractor. This data specifically pertains to Mechanical and Electrical assets across the estate which help inform ISS around informed maintenance activities.
The correct management and communication of this data is the role of the Programme Lead, working closely with the ISS Data Team, Senior Director, end client and the subcontractor. You will also need to promote collaboration, mediate disagreements and promote further commercial gain for ISS.
Any experience of Facilities Management Engineering SF20 standards is desirable but not required.
- Lead the delivery of our contractual obligations for the client Asset Verification and Data Validation delivery.
- Manage the subcontractor partner.
- Manage the output data of the surveys for timely submission and adherence to the scope.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels including the senior customer representative for Asset Management.
- Manage a register of missed assets or sites to be completed during BAU.
- Manage the handover to the ISS Asset & Data Team change process for asset and data changes.
