We are seeking an Employability Advisor to support individuals in the local region with skills development opportunities, helping them progress into roles within Facilities Management.
Job Description
As an Employability Advisor, you will run sessions with partner organisations to support disadvantaged communities, while also working with ISS sites to understand recruitment needs and promote inclusive hiring.
The role also involves tracking candidate progress from training into employment, supporting training sessions for employees with real success stories, and assisting the regional team where needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging training sessions to disadvantaged groups.
