We are seeking a Communications Executive to lead, manage and deliver all communications across a single, large-scale contract covering 164 primary schools.
This role is central to supporting engagement with parents, teachers, school leaders and students through consistent, clear and engaging communication. We are looking for someone who can strengthen customer satisfaction, enhance contract performance and support long-term growth by ensuring all communication activity is aligned, effective and impactful.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver the communication strategy across the contract, aligned with contractual, operational and growth objectives
- Manage digital communication software and platforms used by parents, teachers and students
- Create and distribute menus, updates, promotions, campaigns and key messages
- Ensure all communications are inclusive, accessible and aligned with brand and contract standards
- Work closely with the Brand Manager to align timing, messaging, campaign cadence and priorities
- Ensure all communications, materials and school-facing documents strictly follow approved brand guidelines
- Attend regular check-ins to review upcoming campaigns, materials and required approvals
- Support engagement initiatives across multiple schools and stakeholder groups
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Proven experience in a communications or marketing role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing digital communication platforms
- Experience supporting engagement initiatives across multiple sites or stakeholders
- Confident working in education or public sector environments
- Experience using insight and data to support reporting and KPIs (desirable)
- Must hold a UK driving licence (for travel around West Sussex)
