As the Client Services Host, you will be a customer experience professional and a warm, engaging presence in the space. You will ensure every guest is welcomed with genuine hospitality and receives an exciting, exceptional, and inspirational experience from arrival to departure. You will also ensure that refreshment needs are delivered with style and professionalism, upholding the high standards that make 46 Park Lane a standout environment. Key Responsibilities
- Meet and greet visitors in a professional manner
- Set up meeting rooms as required
- Carry out general cleaning duties
- Assist with food plating and prep for external caterers
- Prepare barista-style coffee
- Handle cash transactions (Westminster site only)
