We are seeking an experienced Data Manager to lead the analysis and reporting of performance data across FRC, ensuring statutory and contractual compliance. This role is central to maintaining the integrity of audit data, performance metrics, and reporting systems, supporting continuous improvement and informed strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a data strategy aligned with quality and performance objectives
  • Oversee the collection, validation, and analysis of performance data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), working closely with Key Account Managers to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Lead the audit data process, ensuring results are accurately recorded and used to inform service enhancements
  • Maintain and enhance data systems and dashboards to support contract performance monitoring
  • Conduct risk reviews using data insights to identify and evaluate operational risks and controls
  • Ensure compliance with internal Quality Management Systems (QMS) and external regulatory requirements
  • Prepare and present monthly performance reports to Trust and internal stakeholders, highlighting data-driven insights
  • Manage record-keeping systems to ensure full contractual compliance and audit readiness
  • Implement and enforce data governance practices, updating frameworks to reflect regulatory and client requirements
