Chef Manager - Hospitality / Catering

We’re looking for a hands-on Chef Manager to lead a high-quality catering service for patients, staff, and visitors within a healthcare environment—one of ISS’s flagship contract areas.

In this role, you\’ll take ownership of meal planning, ordering, preparation, and delivery, ensuring all food hygiene standards and safety regulations are met.

You’ll also be responsible for maintaining a clean and compliant kitchen environment and providing day-to-day leadership to the catering team.

Plans, prepares and delivers food services in line with specification
Maintains clean and hygienic kitchens and catering areas
Leads and supports kitchen staff to meet service standards
Works in line with health, safety, and infection control policies
Holds a valid Food Hygiene Qualification
