Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the catering team, promoting continuous improvement and training
Drive innovation and collaborate on introducing new culinary concepts
Oversee chef development and ensure menus align with client expectations and trends
Maintain client reporting to monitor satisfaction and performance
Work with events teams to deliver impactful catering experiences
Enhance operational efficiency through process improvement
Build strong relationships across teams, clients, and stakeholders

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Food Safety Level 3 certified with a strong chef background and team leadership experience
Proven passion for food and delivering excellent customer service
Experienced in using EPOS till systems and food ordering platforms
Proficient in Microsoft Office for operational and reporting tasks
Strong communication skills to build and maintain client confidence
Skilled in managing kitchen operations and team performance
Committed to high food safety and service standards
