Job Description
While the main responsibility will be managing the reception area during peak times, this role offers variety beyond the front desk. You will support administrative and facilities tasks throughout the day, assist with events, and provide cover for the Facilities Support Manager during holidays or sickness. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, delivering a professional and friendly service.
- Ensure the reception area is maintained to a 5‑star standard, clean, tidy, and free from clutter.

- Proactively resolve client and visitor enquiries with a "yes‑we‑can" attitude.
- Support the coordination of events, including booking services, equipment, and hospitality.

- Provide cover for the Facilities Support Manager during absence, maintaining site standards.
