Chef Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS : Chef Management Managing all kitchen and catering operations. Producing high-quality food consistently. Menu planning and development. Following standard recipes and production schedules. Keeping up with food trends and innovative cooking techniques. Commercial & Financial Management Managing food costs and GP margins. Budget preparation and control. Monitoring contract profitability. Ordering and stock management. Supplier management and purchasing compliance. Client & Business Development Building strong client relationships. Identifying and securing new business opportunities. Presenting and implementing new food concepts and initiatives. Delivering a service that meets and exceeds client expectations. Leadership & Team Management Recruiting, training, and developing kitchen staff. Conducting appraisals and identifying training needs. Leading team meetings and briefings. Maintaining staff training records. Driving high performance and service standards. Compliance & Standards Food safety and hygiene management.
