We are currently recruiting for a Workplace Manager to play a pivotal role in enhancing workplace experiences through exceptional leadership, project management, and client engagement.
As the Workplace Manager, you will lead the delivery of services including document services and mail distribution. You'll deploy, track, and measure solutions using advanced project management methods, while driving operational excellence across various workplace environments. This is a key interface role - building strong relationships with client teams and internal stakeholders, ensuring consistent service output and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Drive and manage service delivery, SOPs, and project implementations
- Collaborate across leadership, commercial, IT, and vendor teams
- Introduce innovative solutions and manage pilot programs
- Support account growth through the delivery of Workplace Services
- Translate workplace strategy into actionable service delivery
- Proven Workplace Management experience (essential)
- Background in Transition Management or Project Leadership (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Analytical thinker with a customer-centric approach
- Experience in supplier/vendor management within a similar environment
