Job Description
We are seeking a Lunch Cover Property Experience Team Member to join our prestigious client contract, providing front-of-house, concierge, and workplace support across a portfolio of stunning properties in Central London.
Key Responsibilities
β Deliver a world-class guest and tenant experience through concierge, reception, events, logistics, and workplace support.
β Provide flexible property cover during lunchtime hours across the client portfolio.
β Proactively anticipate and respond to tenant, visitor, and client needs with professionalism and care.
β Collaborate closely with property managers, tenants, suppliers, and the wider ISS team to create a seamless service environment.
β Act as a brand ambassador for both Grosvenor and ISS, upholding excellence at all times.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
β Experience in front of house, concierge, hospitality or corporate customer service (property or facilities experience desirable).
β Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
β A confident self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
β Strong local knowledge of Central London, including theatres, dining, and retail.
β Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other workplace systems.
