As a Food Host with ISS UK, you will be an ambassador for both ISS and our clients. The role of a Food Host is a key responsibility, and this is why we seek and develop unique individuals to lead the way, enabling you to be at the forefront of creating an exceptional experience for all who visit the workplace.

The Role:

  • Create a positive food experience for guests and colleagues and provide amazing customer service at all times.
  • Receive, process, prepare and deliver food and drink orders and experiences.
  • Build your knowledge of your environment and promote the various destinations, food services and activities.
  • Know the offer inside out, and be able to make informed recommendations to our clients.
  • Take opportunities to foster relationships and build rapport with guests and colleagues.
  • Keep an eye out for any innovations or improvements we can make to the workplace, site experience and culture, and be ready to share your ideas.
  • Emanate a positive energy when sharing your knowledge of the site's workspaces, facilities and general culture.
