We are looking for a Facilities Supervisor to provide strong leadership, supervision and support to the site team, ensuring operational delivery is smooth and client relationship commitments are consistently met and exceeded.
Job Description
In this role, you will oversee day-to-day facilities operations, drive service excellence, and support the ongoing development of the team.
You will play a key role in maintaining high standards, building strong working relationships with the client, and ensuring all contractual and compliance requirements are delivered effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise delivery of all contract services, ensuring planned and reactive tasks meet SLAs.
- Manage extra work, client requests and escalations, providing effective solutions.
- Ensure health & safety compliance across ISS services and subcontractors.
- Monitor ISS safety systems (Near Hit, Close Call, Assess Net, Compliance Portal).
- Oversee third-party works and act as a single point of contact for the client.
- Lead, train and develop the team with a focus on client needs.
- Drive compliance, service excellence and continuous improvement.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Experience as a Facilities Supervisor in cleaning or maintenance.
- Background in supervising multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety compliance (PTS obtainable).
- Good leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Clear and confident communicator.
- Able to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Maximo (or willing to learn).
