We\’re looking for a dedicated and detail-focused Compliance & Assurance Coordinator to support our on-site operations and HSEQ teams in delivering legally compliant and contractually sound FM services.
Job Description
In this role, you\’ll play a key part in ensuring all hard FM and maintenance activities meet the required standards, helping us deliver a service our clients can trust.
Working closely with site teams, you\’ll provide assurance, monitor processes, and help drive continuous improvement across compliance areas.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate compliance and assurance activities with site operations and HSEQ stakeholders
- Conduct Hard FM assurance checks to meet contractual, legal, and statutory requirements
- Investigate assurance findings and produce evidence-based compliance or risk reports
- Ensure accurate documentation is uploaded and controlled via SharePoint
- Plan compliance tasks to ensure timely completion of PPMs and reactive works
- Support reporting on compliance across key areas (e.g. fire, asbestos, water, LOLER, PUWER)
- Build strong relationships with subcontractors to drive continuous service improvement
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Skilled in using data to inform business decisions and drive outcomes
- Experienced in meeting deadlines while managing conflicting stakeholder demands
- Strong knowledge of FM procedures and Maintenance Management Systems
- Practical background in Hard Services contract delivery and CAFM/helpdesk processes
- Able to assess situations and propose effective, goal-oriented plans
- Proficient in recording, analysing, and reporting data in various formats
- Curious, eager to learn, with an interest in developing HSEQ and compliance skills
- Solid understanding of health, safety, and compliance principles; IOSH Managing Safely or working towards it
