We are looking for a Catering Support Manager to lead and support the catering service, ensuring high standards are met across all areas of performance. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of service delivery, working closely with the client to maintain strong relationships and ensure expectations are consistently exceeded.
You will oversee operations to drive quality, compliance, and efficiency, acting as the key point of contact between the catering team and the client. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a passion for delivering excellent service in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a high-quality, patient-focused service in a 5-star healthcare environment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment across patient and non-patient areas
- Serve meals and beverages in line with food hygiene regulations and specifications
- Perform basic food preparation and specialised cleaning tasks as required
- Ensure compliance with cleaning standards and hospital protocols
- Remain responsive to service demands and adaptable to changing needs
- Continuously seek to improve service quality and productivity
- Working knowledge and understanding of Level 3 Health & Safety
- Understanding of Support Services in Healthcare or equivalent at NVQ Level 2
- Customer Care training
