As a Coffee Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the busy coffee bar, managing your team and providing excellent customer service throughout. You will also be providing general front of house services, such as stock take, preparing orders and overseeing service.
The Role
- Supervise daily operations and manage front of house staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Oversee food safety practices and maintain cleanliness standards within the restaurant and coffee bar.
- Train and mentor team members in service techniques and hospitality best practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food production and quality service.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to enhance satisfaction.
- Assist in food preparation and service as needed during peak hours.
- Ensure objectives are met through effective planning, allocation and monitoring of work for self and teams.
- Ensure the standard of personal and general cleanliness and hygiene as to comply with company and statutory regulations.
