We are seeking a Workplace Services Administrator who will act as the key interface with the customer and be fully conversant with day-to-day activities within the building. The role is responsible for ensuring all services consistently meet the required standard, with all areas clean, fully operational and ready for business, including meeting rooms, common areas, toilets and support essentials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the “Meeting Rooms Standard”, including room presentation, equipment checks and stock replenishment.
  • Prepare and deliver meeting room hospitality requests, including tea and coffee service.
  • Ensure all areas are clean, tidy, well stocked and ready for business at all times.
  • Serve day‑to‑day hospitality requirements and reinstate meeting rooms following use.
  • Proactively maintain high standards of cleanliness in designated areas.
  • Log all reactive tasks via the ISS Helpdesk and monitor actions to completion.
  • Identify, report and/or rectify Health & Safety hazards.
  • Liaise closely with the FM team, suppliers and end users to ensure consistent standards and service delivery.

Professional and Personal Competencies / Qualifications

  • Proven experience within a strong customer service environment.
  • Experience of front‑of‑house or hospitality within a corporate setting.
  • Confident and proactive communicator, both written and verbal.
  • High standard of personal appearance, suitable for visitor hosting.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships at all levels.
  • Experience supporting FM services and meeting KPI requirements.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Commitment to following ISS processes and sharing best practice.
