Job Description: The role involves providing a comprehensive Workplace Facilities Management service, delivering high-quality customer service and technical support to all users of Arcadis UK offices. It also requires understanding and applying relevant Facilities Management procedures and processes to ensure consistency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Workplace Facilities Manager and workplace teams.
- Coordinate essential services such as cleaning, catering, and maintenance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain accurate records and workplace documentation, ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for workplace-related queries from employees and contractors.
- Liaise with suppliers and service providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
- Monitor workplace systems and produce reports on occupancy, usage, and service performance.
- Support health, safety, and environmental compliance, including audits and incident reporting.
- Assist with sustainability initiatives and process improvements to enhance workplace efficiency.
