Receptionist
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to become the first point of contact for visitors, colleagues and contractors. In this front-of-house position, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of facilities support services.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide a professional and welcoming reception service for visitors, colleagues and contractors.
- Manage visitor sign-in procedures and ensure site security processes are followed.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and support room setup requirements.
- Monitor and manage facilities inboxes, responding to enquiries in a timely manner.
- Conduct site inductions for new starters and visitors, including health and safety information.
- Log, track and coordinate reactive maintenance requests and contractor visits.
- Support compliance activities, audits and health, safety and environmental procedures.
- Provide general administrative and facilities support to ensure the efficient running of the site.
