We are seeking a hands-on Transition Manager to work alongside the ISS Key Account Director and operational senior leadership teams, providing overall project governance, coordination, and delivery management throughout the lifecycle of a major mobilisation and transition programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling all project-related activities while ensuring milestones, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations are effectively managed.
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced project professional who can balance strategic planning with on-the-ground operational delivery. Working collaboratively with JLL, HSBC, ISS operational teams, subcontractors, and key stakeholders, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful mobilisation and transition of services into new locations while maintaining business continuity and minimising disruption.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the project, transition and mobilisation plan, including the programme of works.
- Coordinate activities across all ISS service lines, supporting SMEs and operational teams.
- Manage project governance, reporting, risk registers, issues and dependencies.
- Lead and coordinate the People & Culture transition process, including union and placemaker consultations.
- Manage project costs, budgets, procurement activities and equipment plans.
- Develop and maintain RACI matrices, training plans and competency frameworks.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and manage communications throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project performance against agreed timescales, budgets and deliverables, providing weekly executive summary reports for both internal and customer stakeholders.
