Hourly Rate: £13.45


Are you friendly, confident, and passionate about providing great customer service? Do you enjoy connecting with people and creating positive experiences?


As a Host with ISS UK, you will provide a warm and approachable daytime host service, helping to create a seamless, welcoming, and well-organised workplace.


You’ll be an ambassador for the Facilities Team, working closely with the Reception Team and wider client teams to deliver an exceptional workplace experience.


The Role


Act as the main point of contact for colleagues, supporting questions and workplace requests.


Support the Operations Manager with processes that enhance the colleague experience.


Build relationships with guests and colleagues, accommodating preferences and special requests.


Work with the Landlord Reception Team to deliver a consistent workplace experience.


Manage visitor, meeting room, and desk booking systems across client floors.


Coordinate shared meeting room bookings and support associated budget management.


Promote the clear desk policy and maintain high standards of cleanliness across the office.


Complete monthly walkarounds and audit checks with relevant client and reception teams.


Support desk management, ensuring cleanliness and maximum availability across the workplace.


Provide general administration and Facilities Team support as required.


About You


Previous experience in a corporate, hospitality, reception, or customer service environment.


Confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Office and workplace booking or management systems.


Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and professional approach.


Ability to work independently, use initiative, and contribute effectively as part of a team.


Motivated, organised, flexible, and committed to delivering consistently high standards.


Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements and the importance of maintaining a safe workplace.


Naturally customer-focused, with the ability to make guests and colleagues feel welcome, valued, and at home within the building.
