We are seeking a Static Electrician to provide electrical and building services engineering maintenance at the client’s site in Leeds. The role will involve electrical-biased fault finding, repairs, maintenance and installation work, alongside supporting wider building services activities to ensure safe, compliant and efficient site operation.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out electrical planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works within agreed helpdesk timeframes.
  • Undertake electrical fault finding, repairs, maintenance and installation activities.
  • Support wider building services maintenance, including fabric, HVAC and mechanical tasks.
  • Provide call‑out response in line with the client call‑out rota.
  • Monitor contractors on site, ensuring workmanship meets required standards.
  • Issue and manage Permits to Work as part of contractor control duties.
  • Ensure all electrical equipment operates to specified performance criteria.
  • Maintain equipment and surrounding areas in line with agreed company standards.
