This role is responsible for ensuring a controlled, risk-based and auditable approach to asset data management, supporting compliance, operational effectiveness, and lifecycle value realisation.

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented professional who can maintain asset data integrity, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in asset data governance. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring asset information remains accurate, compliant, and fit for decision-making purposes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate asset data change governance activities, including technical and operational meetings, ensuring effective control, compliance, and risk management.
- Manage and control asset data changes within CMMS/CAFM systems, ensuring adherence to governance, change control, and audit requirements.
- Validate and implement asset changes in line with maintenance standards, statutory requirements, and approved asset information.
- Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and suitability of the asset register throughout the asset lifecycle.
- Manage reconciliation activities and dependency checks to ensure consistency and completeness of asset records across systems.
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for asset data changes and ensure appropriate audit evidence is maintained.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting that provide visibility of asset change activity, data quality, compliance status, and associated risks.
- Collaborate with asset, engineering, compliance, and operational stakeholders to ensure controlled implementation of changes without service disruption and support ongoing data governance and continuous improvement activities.
