We are seeking a Facilities Assistant to work with and across all aspects of the Facilities Management service provision. This role will sit within a team that delivers specific outcomes for customers and stakeholders, while also taking responsibility for the delivery of services and projects.
Job Description
We are looking for a customer-focused individual who will play a key role in delivering a high-quality day-to-day service. The successful candidate will support a range of facilities functions, ensuring compliance, maintaining service standards, and providing effective administrative support across the team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide front of house support, welcoming visitors and assisting them appropriately.
Ensure security procedures are followed at all times.
Deliver support services including porterage, meeting room management, and management of the FM mailbox.
Conduct inductions for new starters, including Health & Safety and environmental inductions.
Log, facilitate, and oversee reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits.
Support compliance with environmental, HSEQ, fire risk, water hygiene, and traffic management requirements as appropriate.
Complete and assist with audits, including security and cleaning audits.
Support the delivery of low to medium-risk projects and provide general administrative support to the Facilities Management team.
