We are seeking a Programme Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of a high‑impact Finance Transformation Programme, ensuring key initiatives are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards. This role is accountable for shaping, mobilising and governing a complex programme of work that enables strategic business change and delivers measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of the Finance Transformation Programme from inception to completion.
  • Own programme governance, including planning, reporting, RAID management and steering committee coordination.
  • Align programme delivery with strategic business objectives, ensuring outcomes deliver measurable value.
  • Manage senior stakeholder engagement, including executive sponsors, to enable clear communication, alignment and decision‑making.
  • Oversee benefits realisation, financial tracking and budget management across the programme.
  • Coordinate resources and dependencies across multiple workstreams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Provide strong leadership across cross‑functional teams to drive change and maintain momentum.
  • Ensure structured programme delivery in line with recognised frameworks and best practice.

Professional and Personal Competencies / Qualifications

  • Proven experience delivering large‑scale transformation or complex programme management initiatives.
  • Strong programme management experience within complex transformation or change environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, including engagement at senior and executive level.
  • Deep understanding of programme governance, planning, RAID management and structured delivery frameworks (e.g., MSP, PRINCE2, Agile).
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budget management and benefits realisation tracking.
  • Ability to lead cross‑functional teams, translate strategy into practical delivery outcomes and drive sustainable change.
