We are seeking a Programme Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of a high‑impact Finance Transformation Programme, ensuring key initiatives are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards. This role is accountable for shaping, mobilising and governing a complex programme of work that enables strategic business change and delivers measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of the Finance Transformation Programme from inception to completion.
- Own programme governance, including planning, reporting, RAID management and steering committee coordination.
- Align programme delivery with strategic business objectives, ensuring outcomes deliver measurable value.
- Manage senior stakeholder engagement, including executive sponsors, to enable clear communication, alignment and decision‑making.
- Oversee benefits realisation, financial tracking and budget management across the programme.
- Coordinate resources and dependencies across multiple workstreams to ensure successful delivery.
- Provide strong leadership across cross‑functional teams to drive change and maintain momentum.
- Ensure structured programme delivery in line with recognised frameworks and best practice.
Professional and Personal Competencies / Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering large‑scale transformation or complex programme management initiatives.
- Strong programme management experience within complex transformation or change environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, including engagement at senior and executive level.
- Deep understanding of programme governance, planning, RAID management and structured delivery frameworks (e.g., MSP, PRINCE2, Agile).
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budget management and benefits realisation tracking.
- Ability to lead cross‑functional teams, translate strategy into practical delivery outcomes and drive sustainable change.
