We are seeking a Moves & Changes Lead – EMEA to take ownership of the end-to-end management of moves, relocations and MAC‑led changes for a corporate client environment. This role plays a key part in enabling the delivery of the client’s strategic aims and vision across London and EMEA sites. Travel is required as part of this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day management of all moves, changes, relocations and restacks across London and EMEA sites
  • Act as the primary point of ownership for MAC delivery, coordinating stakeholders, subcontractors and suppliers
  • Manage client engagement, cost control, quality assurance and commercial performance
  • Maintain accurate documentation, trackers, programmes and version control for all MAC activities
  • Liaise with CAD engineers to ensure drawings are approved, issued and updated post‑move
  • Ensure occupancy drawings and data are maintained within the Occupancy Management system
  • Produce programmes for large‑scale moves and provide regular reporting against MAC KPIs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior and multi‑level client stakeholders
  • Ensure all Health & Safety documentation, risk registers and compliance requirements are in place

Professional and Personal Competencies / Qualifications

  • Proven experience in client‑facing moves and changes within corporate office environments
  • Experience delivering MAC services across EMEA regions
  • Understanding of regional legislation and regulatory requirements across EMEA
  • Strong knowledge of the MAC arena, including interior fit‑out, small works, CAD and space planning
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project
  • Essential experience using Occupancy Management systems
