The Role
- Organise cleaning materials for daily use and liaise with the line manager to replenish required stocks when low.
- Collect all rubbish from bins and kitchen areas, replace with clean liners, and remove all refuse from the building.
- Keep all surfaces clean and remove any stains or spillages.
- Ensure all kitchen areas are left clean and tidy at all times, including cleanliness of the fridge, preparation and sink areas, washing of glasses and crockery, and restocking cupboards.
- Only use company-approved chemicals when cleaning.
- Wear the required protective clothing where necessary.
- Wash all kitchen and front of house floors using approved chemicals and appropriate signage.
- Replenish crockery, equipment and utensils in front of house.

- Catering experience is preferred, but a positive, can-do attitude is essential.
- Good understanding of the principles of food hygiene.
