As Senior Sous Chef, you’ll be a key member of the leadership team, driving culinary excellence across multiple outlets. The role demands versatility - moving confidently between Michelin-style plated dishes, high-end events, refined buffets, delicate pastry work, and day-to-day corporate hospitality.

The Role
- Support the Executive Chef in leading all hospitality kitchens across the building.
- Take responsibility for daily service across:
- Premium meeting-room hospitality
- Boardroom dining and executive lunches
- Events, including canapés, hot fork, buffets and plated menus
- The launch and ongoing delivery of Level 18’s deli, lounge bar and premium offer
About You
- Background in Michelin-starred, AA Rosette, five-star hotel or equivalent premium hospitality environments.
- Proven ability to lead teams and run a kitchen in the Executive Chef’s absence.
- Comfortable delivering multiple styles of cookery across varied service periods.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, allergens and compliance requirements.
- Professional, calm and solutions-focused approach.
- Above all, a positive can-do attitude, strong work ethic and genuine desire to learn and progress.
