We are seeking a Mobile Gas Engineer to deliver commercial gas, heating, combustion and general building services maintenance across a varied portfolio of client properties. This role focuses on ensuring gas and HVAC systems operate safely, compliantly and to a high standard, while also supporting wider building maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on commercial gas and heating systems
- Diagnose faults, complete repairs and undertake new installations
- Perform basic electrical fault finding on systems and plant
- Maintain plant rooms to ensure safety, compliance and performance standards
- Deliver commercial combustion, heating and HVAC-biased PPM and reactive works within agreed timeframes
- Complete documentation, compliance records and adhere to strict Health and Safety regulations
