We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Multi Skilled Engineer to deliver a world-class and consistent building maintenance service for our stakeholders. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of client properties, providing expertise across mechanical, electrical, and building services engineering.
The successful candidate will be responsible for fault finding, repairs, maintenance, and installations on client sites. You will work within strict Health & Safety procedures and demonstrate a proactive approach to preventative and reactive maintenance, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Perform scheduled inspections, preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment.
- Provide building services maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and fabric disciplines.
- Diagnose faults and resolve malfunctions in mechanical systems.
- Dismantle and replace defective parts, ensuring compliance with specifications.
- Test and calibrate systems and equipment for optimal performance.
- Carry out basic HVAC and fabric maintenance tasks.
- Respond to client callouts as per the rota.
- Maintain strict Health & Safety standards, including risk assessments.
- FM experience within building services engineering, ideally with a mechanical focus but capable of handling electrical and fabric tasks.
- Mechanical / plumbing / heating qualifications desired.
- Significant experience in electrical building services maintenance, including fault finding, installation, and inspection/testing.
- Proven track record in reactive and planned preventative maintenance within commercial properties.
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety protocols and risk assessment processes.
