This role focuses on preparing and serving hot and cold beverages while engaging positively with customers in a busy, customer‑facing environment.
The Role
- Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages to a high standard
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service during every interaction
- Ensure the coffee and beverage offer is appealing and consistently presented
- Operate coffee and service equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, safe and well‑organised front‑ and back‑of‑house areas
- Receive and process customer orders accurately
- Demonstrate good product knowledge and make informed recommendations
- Support the wider team to deliver a positive overall customer experience
About You
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable manner
- Confident communicator who can engage professionally with customers
- Able to work well as part of a team and independently when required
- Considerate, proactive and willing to support colleagues
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar catering or hospitality role
- Good organisational and multitasking skills in a fast‑paced environment
