We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Community Associate to join our client team, where you’ll play a key role in creating an outstanding workplace experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a great team with real prospects for progression.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact on the front desk, welcoming visitors and onboarding new users with tours and introductions
  • Support day-to-day operations, including checking equipment, replenishing supplies, and serving drinks
  • Deliver a curated and engaging front-of-house experience, aligned to the role of a host rather than a traditional corporate receptionist
  • Assist with running events and supporting wider community activities on-site
  • Use initiative to resolve issues quickly and provide first-line support for all queries
  • Maintain a proactive interest in climate, nature, and sustainability themes relevant to the workplace
  • Contribute to social media activity (e.g. LinkedIn posts) to support community engagement and events

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a front-of-house, co-working, or similar customer-facing role
  • Highly independent, proactive, and able to manage tasks and projects to timely completion
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with high social intelligence
  • Professional, accountable, and self-aware, with a positive and engaging approach
  • Passionate about entrepreneurship, community building, and creating great customer experiences
  • Competent in basic IT systems, including Microsoft Office
