Job Description
As a vital member of the Park Lane and Westminster team, you’ll develop in-depth site knowledge and take the lead in delivering innovative service improvements and solutions.

As the Client Experience Host, you’ll be a friendly, professional face who ensures every guest is warmly welcomed and enjoys an exceptional experience from arrival to departure.
You’ll also manage refreshment services with style and professionalism, maintaining the high standards that make 46 Park Lane truly special. Your passion for outstanding service will be evident in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Meet and greet visitors in a professional manner
Set up meeting rooms as required
Carry out general cleaning duties
Assist with food plating and prep for external caterers
Prepare barista-style coffee
Handle cash transactions (Westminster site only)
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Experience in luxury hospitality (ideally 5-star, boutique-style venues)
Strong barista skills – quality coffee-making will be tested at interview
Proven guest-focused approach with excellent service standards
Willingness to take on varied tasks and support the wider team
Friendly, professional, and adaptable attitude
