We are seeking a Contracts Manager to join our established Scottish Power Team, providing expert operational support across a multi-site cleaning contract. This role is central to ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety while maintaining strong client relationships and supporting an effective operational delivery model.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise closely with local clients to maintain strong working relationships
- Supervise, support and manage cleaning staff, including recruitment, training and performance reviews
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedural standards
- Ensure all areas are cleaned to a high standard in line with company policies
