We are looking for a Facilities Supervisor to ensure the safe, compliant and competent delivery of facility services across a designated regional area.

Job Description
Reporting directly to the Regional Facilities Manager (RFM), you will line manage and support a team of Placemakers, working closely with them to deliver an excellent workplace experience for our customers.
You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service, ensuring all activities are carried out in line with compliance requirements, and fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
This role offers the chance to build leadership skills, gain valuable experience, and develop within a supportive organisation while contributing to a service that truly enhances the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Day-to-day leadership of FM service delivery across office sites
Direct management of 3 Facilities Assistants
Main client contact for daily operations and relationship management
Oversight of engineering, cleaning, security, waste management and environmental systems
Ensure service delivery meets agreed standards and expectations
Drive continuous improvement in FM operations
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Facilities management experience is essential
Exposure to CAFM systems is desirable
Basic understanding of Hard FM services
Proven leadership experience
Strong client management skills (key requirement)
Good communication and organisational skills
Ability to work across multiple service lines
