Location: Europe (Home or Office based)

Main purpose of the position:

As a member of the ISS Group Commercial team, the Pricing Director is responsible for developing and executing a winning pricing and commercial strategy for complex multi-country bids. This involves engaging and managing multiple internal and external stakeholders including senior client teams, senior internal stakeholders, country commercial teams and central SME functions to ensure we have a financial proposition that maximises benefits for both ISS and the client.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop the overall pricing strategy and business cases for international bids and provide financial leadership ensuring growth opportunities are maximised.
  • Business Partner with Solutions Directors, country pricing teams and SME teams to develop winning financial propositions, ensuring that all costs, risks, and opportunity elements are appropriately costed, priced and accounted for.
  • Own and manage relevant client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Support and lead client negotiations where required.
  • Own internal governance elements as required and participate in EGM board sign-offs.
  • Drive continuous internal process improvement and look to new ways to improve harnessing of data and drive automation.
  • Support the bid to operations process as required.
  • Undertake competitor and market research.

Minimum degree educated preferably in a finance orientated field.

5-10 years minimum work experience within the Facilities Management industry experience, with deep knowledge of both the market and FM contracting models.

Demonstrated ability to lead financial bids.

Excellent financial modelling skills and ability to model P&L and cashflow scenarios.

Knowledge and experience of working across multiple countries.

Excellent English language and communication skills, spoken as well as written.

Expert in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
