Position: Global Commercial Analyst

Location: Poland or UK

Language: English

Report to: Global Head of Commercial and Pricing.

Main Responsibilities

Commercial Analysis & Reporting:

  • Deliver consolidated global performance reporting with commercial insights and analysis.
  • Maintain the financial reporting tool with annual budgets, forecasts, and actual data.
  • Support the delivery of a 3‑month rolling forecast in collaboration with Regional Finance Teams.
  • Provide insightful MI and global reports for customer reviews.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation within commercial workflows to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Drive innovation in account delivery for contractual and financial commercial data.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for Global and Regional finance teams, providing support as needed.

Cost Control & Forecasting:

  • Analyze cost drivers and trends within contracts to optimize spend and identify savings opportunities.
  • Maintain global contract tracking documents, including savings initiatives trackers.

Contract Management Support:

  • Support delivery of ad‑hoc customer requests for financial and commercial data.
  • Assist with ad‑hoc financial projects related to occupancy trends, new sites, workplace experience, and other client requests.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Engage closely with regional finance teams to ensure globally consistent, high‑quality reporting.
  • Develop rapport with client commercial finance teams.

Personal & Professional Qualifications

  • Currently working towards or holding a professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
  • Strong commercial financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
  • Excellent Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; able to translate complex data into clear insights.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving abilities and results orientation.
  • Ability to work proactively, independently, and collaboratively across teams.
  • Experience in a large matrix organization with multiple stakeholders (preferred).
  • Experience with customer relationships and commercial contract models (preferred).
  • Fluent in English.
