Job Title: EHS System Super User (Data Steward & System Administrator)
Location: Poland or UK
We are seeking a versatile professional to serve as both Data Steward and System Administrator, responsible for managing the integrity, security, and performance of organizational data and IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain data governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across systems.
- Develop and maintain data dictionaries, catalogs, and taxonomies.
- Collaborate with business units to understand data requirements and resolve discrepancies.
- Conduct regular data audits and implement data privacy policies (e.g., GDPR).
- Support data migration, transformation, and validation processes.
- Train staff on data management best practices.
- Document system configurations and IT policies.
- Support remote access and secure connectivity for users.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in data management and IT system administration.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and privacy regulations.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data analysis tools is nice to have.
- Experience with network protocols, firewalls, and security systems.
